These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the devmubs website, and your purchase, download, or use of any devmubs WordPress plugin, WordPress theme, WooCommerce extension, or related digital product or service (collectively, the “Products”). By visiting our website or using any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Products.

All Products offered by devmubs are digital goods delivered electronically — plugin and theme files, documentation, and related assets. There is no physical shipment, and Products are considered delivered once made available for download or access.

You are responsible for having a WordPress environment that meets each Product's stated requirements (WordPress version, PHP version, and, where applicable, WooCommerce version) before installing it. Product pages and documentation list current requirements for each release.

Our plugins extend WordPress and WooCommerce functionality — for example, payment gateways, business automation, and store management tools. Plugins are provided “as configured” for the documented use case; using a plugin outside its documented scope, alongside conflicting plugins, or on unsupported hosting configurations may produce unexpected results and is outside the scope of standard support.

Our themes provide the front-end design and structure for a WordPress site. Where a theme includes demo content, starter templates, or third-party libraries, those are provided for setup convenience and are subject to their own applicable licenses, which will be identified in the theme's documentation. Extensive customization of a theme's core template files may affect your ability to receive future updates without manual reconciliation.

Use of each Product is governed by the license terms attached to it, detailed in full on our License page. In general, GPL-licensed WordPress/WooCommerce integration code is provided under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, consistent with WordPress itself, while bundled non-GPL assets (if any) are licensed separately as documented per Product. Purchasing or downloading a Product does not transfer ownership of that Product's underlying code or assets to you.

We release updates to address bugs, security issues, and compatibility with new WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP releases, and to add features over time. Update cadence and version history are published on each Product's changelog. We do not guarantee that every past version will remain compatible with future WordPress releases indefinitely, which is why we recommend keeping Products updated.

Support scope, channels, and response times are described in full in our Support Policy. In summary, support covers installation help, configuration questions, and fixing genuine bugs in the currently supported version of a Product; it does not cover custom development or conflicts caused by third-party plugins or themes outside our control.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your website before installing or updating any Product.
• Keeping your WordPress core, PHP, and hosting environment reasonably up to date.
• Securing your own WordPress admin credentials and hosting access.
• Using Products in compliance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

You agree not to use our Products or website for any unlawful purpose, to redistribute or resell Products in violation of their license, to attempt to circumvent licensing or update mechanisms, or to reverse engineer a Product beyond what is expressly permitted by its license. Except for GPL-licensed code components (which remain governed by the GPL), all devmubs branding, website content, documentation text, product designs, and non-GPL assets are the property of devmubs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any devmubs trademark, brand asset, or non-GPL intellectual property to you.

All original documentation, marketing content, and non-GPL assets on this website and within our Products are © devmubs, all rights reserved, unless otherwise noted. If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, contact us with enough detail to identify the material and we will investigate promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, devmubs and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of our website or Products — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a Product is limited to the amount you actually paid for that Product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our Products and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any Product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every possible combination of themes, plugins, and hosting environments. Where a Product or service involves an account, license key, or ongoing access, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate that access if we reasonably believe these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law have been violated — including unauthorized redistribution, abusive support interactions, or attempts to circumvent licensing controls. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension except where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm or abuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to devmubs' place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Products will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over that location, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise in your jurisdiction.
