Acceptable Use Policy

You may use our website and Products for lawful purposes consistent with their documented functionality — running a WordPress or WooCommerce site, evaluating our plugins and themes, and integrating them into your own or client projects under the terms of our License. This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the boundaries of that use.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any non-GPL portion of a Product beyond what is expressly permitted by applicable law, and you may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent license validation, update-eligibility checks, or other technical protection measures we put in place.

You may not use our Products to build, operate, or support a website engaged in illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, sale of prohibited goods, or infringement of others' rights. Doing so is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of support and license eligibility.

You may not modify a devmubs Product to inject malware, backdoors, unauthorized tracking, or any other malicious code, nor redistribute a modified version of a Product containing such code. We take this extremely seriously and will cooperate with affected parties and, where appropriate, law enforcement in response to such activity.

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense a devmubs Product in violation of our License, or use our trademarks, branding, or marketing content without permission. If you believe someone is distributing a devmubs Product in violation of its license, please let us know.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following, at our discretion and proportional to the violation: a warning, suspension of support and update access, termination of your license without refund, or legal action where warranted. We will generally attempt to notify you and offer an opportunity to correct the behavior before taking the most severe actions, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm.
