Support Scope
Support covers helping you install, configure, and correctly use devmubs Products, and fixing genuine bugs in the currently supported version of a Product. It is provided for the duration of the support window associated with your Product (see your Product's own documentation for specifics), and is intended for the person or organization that obtained the license.
What's Included
- Help installing and activating a Product on a supported WordPress environment.
- Guidance configuring documented settings, including Sandbox/Live setup for payment plugins.
- Diagnosing and fixing genuine bugs in the Product's own code.
- Answering questions about documented behavior, hooks, and filters.
What's Not Included
- Custom development, custom styling, or building features not part of the Product.
- Fixing conflicts caused by third-party plugins, themes, or custom code outside our control.
- General WordPress hosting, server administration, or performance tuning unrelated to our Product.
- Support for a Product version that is no longer within its support window.
Bug Fixes
When you report a reproducible bug in a currently supported Product, we investigate, confirm the root cause, and ship a fix in an upcoming update. Severity and impact (for example, an issue affecting checkout or payments) influence how a fix is prioritized relative to other work in progress.
Feature Requests
We welcome feature requests through our contact page. Requests directly shape our public roadmap, but we cannot guarantee that any specific feature will be built, or provide a committed delivery date, as part of standard support.
Response Times
We aim to provide an initial response to support requests within 1–2 business days. Issues affecting checkout, payments, or site availability are treated as higher priority and are typically triaged sooner. Response-time targets are goals, not contractual guarantees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Supported WordPress Versions
We test and support each Product against the two most recent major WordPress releases at the time of publishing, and we update Products as new WordPress versions ship. Each Product's own documentation lists its current minimum and tested-up-to WordPress version.
Supported PHP Versions
PHP 7.4 and higher is supported across our current Products, with active testing on PHP 8.x for full compatibility. We recommend running a supported, actively maintained PHP version on your hosting environment for both security and compatibility reasons.
Support Hours
Our team responds to support requests during standard business days. We do not currently offer 24/7 live support; urgent issues submitted outside business hours are addressed as a priority at the start of the next business day.
Communication Channels
Support is provided through our contact form and by email at [email protected]. Please include your Product name, version number, and a clear description of the issue (including any error messages or debug log excerpts) so we can help as quickly as possible.
